​Resellers (Retail Merchants & Fundraising Groups)

We offer retail merchants and fundraising groups wholesale pricing, along with the opportunity to be promoted by us as a reseller of our custom designed pinback buttons on our sites, as well as our social media. This includes other featured custom merchandise that may be available from time to time.

The Button Gal custom designed pinback buttons are ideal if you are looking for a fun and unique product to sell in your retail locations or at your next fundraising event.

Our custom designed pinback buttons are offered to retailers and groups at wholesale pricing, set with MSRPs to provide favorable operating margins.

Consignment is not an available option.

A Reseller Account is required for all retail merchants and fundraising groups planning to resell any of our custom designed merchandise, and will be created upon receipt of your initial wholesale order. This enables us to keep track of where our copyrighted merchandise is being sold. Permission to resell our copyrighted merchandise is granted on each wholesale invoice for the specific merchandise purchased.

Prior to your initial order, if you would like to discuss your merchandise selection, your anticipated order volumes, volume pricing, and/or request our wholesale line sheets, please contact us.

We will also assign you a Reseller ID, which will ensure that your wholesale discount is applied to all your orders during checkout. Special customized orders may be processed manually as required.

Our standard shipping policy applies to all reseller orders.

All resellers will be listed on our Retail Options page for customers looking at where to buy our custom merchandise. The list will include your business (or fundraising group) name, with a logo and/or link to your website (if applicable), and which collection(s) you are reselling. If you do not have a website, alternate contact information will be included.

All resellers will be promoted on our sites, as well as our social media on a regular basis, so your retail shop or fundraising group will receive some additional exposure.

Marketing Referral Bonus Program - Brand Associates

We offer highly motivated individuals the opportunity to become Brand Associates. You can now earn commission-based income with our new Marketing Referral Bonus Program by promoting our custom merchandise to retail merchants and organizations (includes fundraising groups).

We offer a Marketing Referral Bonus (to be determined) of the base amount of each new order that is received by a retail merchant or organization as a result of your marketing efforts, and for all future orders from the same retail merchant or organization.

Brand Associates can use their websites, blogs, social media, and other platforms, to promote The Button Gal. Other referral opportunities include social gatherings, school activities, church meetings, and more.

It is important to understand that all Brand Associates must abide by Canada's and the USA's anti-spam laws, which prohibit the sending of e-mails and texts without the recipient's consent (permission). Therefore, the initial connection must be made either by telephone conversation or in person, and the recipient must give their permission for you to make further contact and/or send them additional information relating to our merchandise, programs and promotions.

To help you promote our custom merchandise and programs, and increase your earnings, we have created a brand associate toolkit. General branded tools, i.e. banners, links and logos, will be placed in the toolbox, however, account specific branded tools will be delivered to you directly, i.e. personalized digital business cards, etc. See the Brand Associate Toolkit for contents.

It is free to register and there is no direct selling involved. It's easy - just spread the word - the more you sell/refer, the more you earn!

Registering as a Brand Associate does not create an employee/employer relationship, agency, partnership or joint venture between The Button Gal and the Brand Associate. Brand Associates are not, and shall not represent themselves to be, employees, agents or representatives of The Button Gal. Brand Associates are responsible for reporting and paying (and will indemnify and hold The Button Gal harmless from) all local, provincial, territorial, federal, and other taxes with respect to the Brand Associate's income from referral payments.

Brand Associates can not use the program for their own purchases. The program has been set up as a referral program, and is not intended to be a discount strategy for a Brand Associate's own orders.

Referral payments are paid quarterly (unless otherwise agreed), and are calculated on base sales -- prices paid by the customer, less shipping (including handling, packaging, insurance), taxes (import duties, taxes, and fees, if applicable), refunds, and credits.

We will review all accounts on a regular basis, and if we deem a Brand Associate's account to be inactive, the account will be cancelled, and no further referral payments processed.

Pride Pak Program - Pride Clubs and Gay-Straight Alliances

The Button Gal is proud to offer our Pride Pak Program in support of Pride Clubs and Gay-Straight Alliances (GSAs) promoting awareness and acceptance in our schools.

We offer Pride Clubs and Gay-Straight Alliances (GSAs) custom designed Pride merchandise to help the students raise funds in support of ongoing awareness activities in their schools. With our Pride Pak program, the more buttons purchased by our resellers, the more Pride Clubs and GSAs we will be able to support!

How the program works? For every retailer or group that purchases 120 Pride Buttons (one button box), we will set aside 20 buttons to be allocated to Pride Clubs and Gay-Straight Alliances (GSAs) accordingly. From time to time, we may send some bonus Pride merchandise to help the students with fundraising. The more buttons purchased by retailers...the more Pride Clubs and GSAs we will be able to support!

​Who decides which clubs qualify? After a retailer has placed their order, a representative from The Button Gal will ask them to nominate a club of their choice. We will then contact the school administration for information about their Pride Club or GSA, i.e. number of members, and arrange to deliver the Pride Paks to the school. We will never attempt to contact any students directly. If the retailer does not have or know of a club to nominate, we will reach out to one in their area, or default to a club on our waiting list.

How does a club get on our waiting list? If you are a member of your school's Pride Club or GSA, or a faculty member of school with a Pride Club or GSA, or a supporter/parent who knows of a Pride Club or GSA in your area, please contact us to provide the school's name and contact information. We will then reach out to the school to learn more about their club.

Why have we introduced this program? These clubs provide a safe place for students to meet, support each other, talk about issues related to sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and work to end homophobia and transphobia.

By donating marketing tools to help the clubs spread awareness to their friends, classmates, teachers, and their community at large, we believe that future generations will be more accepting of all people, regardless of their identity.
